Joining Apex will have your child twisting, sliding, and leaping in an exploration of movement and dance. These sessions are aimed at channelling young energy into inspiring support, focus and creativity through group activities, games and movement.

Vertex is a more physically demanding group that builds strength, determination and character. Dance, jump, slide and flip whilst exploring different movement styles and learning new skills. These sessions are aimed at developing confidence, improving health and fitness, and building trust.

RISE our junior contemporary dance group.

An introduction to contemporary dance technique. Spin, jump and roll as you learn sequences in a safe supportive environment. Unleash creativity as you explore movement and what it means to make choreography.
