Our contemporary Technique Classes are aimed at helping young adults have fun learning dance sequences and developing fitness, coordination, and technical dance skills. From pointed toes to strong cores, these 1-hour sessions put young people through the paces in a fun environment. Spin, jump, drop as you learn phrases and leave smiling and sweating!
