Born and bred in Coventry, Miriam trained as an actor at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Since graduating in 2014, she has worked extensively as an actor in theatres around the UK. Although her work is often varied and takes her to some weird and wonderful places, most of Miriam’s work finds her back in Coventry doing what she believes the city does best; street theatre! These performances are often a celebration of the city’s rich, beautiful history and bright future. As a teen, she was heavily involved in physical theatre/dance youth companies around Coventry and truly believes these groups were imperative for her personal growth and for the opportunities they have opened up for her. Having known both AJ and Ben since being a part of these groups, she is constantly inspired by the work Ascension do and everything they provide for young people around the city. She is really excited to be a part of the team that makes these opportunities possible!
