Workshop 2 / Conditioning, Lifts & Contact
Elevate your strength as AJ & Frankie guide you through some important conditioning to prepare you for a contact and lifts workshop.
Workshop 3 / Contemporary Dance
Dance just because! Join Lexy & AJ for some physical and intricate contemporary technique with opportunities to take personal footage.

SUMMIT is Ascension's Youth Performance Company that challenges your contemporary technique through creative exploration and performance.
Each September we invite new young people to join the collective and hold an audition workshop for you to trial the group before term-time.
Come and join us on Tuesday 5th September, 6:30PM - 8:30PM and give Summit a go! For further information visit ADY Summit Audition.
